What is the shipping process?

All Jelly Belly Babies purchases will be shipped via priority mail.. Please allow 7-10 business days for the order to be processed and completed. During peak holiday times please allow 10-14 business days for shipping to be completed.

If any item you purchase is back order, you will be notified via email when it back in stock and please allow 7-10 business days after that notification to receive your item(s). 


What happens if the items I've received are faulty/incorrect/missing?

Every so often mistakes do happen, but we do our best to fix them and correct any issues you may have. If you have noticed that we have made a mistake with your order, please contact katina@jellybellybabies.com and we will look into it an fix the situation right away. Please include your reference number at all times when e-mailing customer services.

What payments methods are accepted?

Paypal,Visa,Mastercard,American Express,Discover and Apple Pay are accepted. 


Do I have to pay shipping for my return item(s)?

In the case of faulty/incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping cost however if return is made for other reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
